Registration fee of $150.00 is due at the time of registration. Your child’s enrollment is not secured until a registration fee is paid. The fee is non-refundable and will not be pro-rated for partial summer attendance.

Children that are 3 years old and potty trained through 6th grade may attend the summer program.

Our program hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
o Any children picked up after 5:30 p.m. will result in a late pick-up fee of $5.00 per child per quarter hour.
o Our office hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Children must bring a sack lunch daily. Please include an ice pack; we do not have space to refrigerate lunches. **Lunch must come “ready to serve.” Teachers cannot microwave your child’s lunch. There is no alternative lunch for your child if you forget to send one.**

Billing will be mailed out no later than the 5th of each month. Tuition payments are due by the 10th. If not paid by the 20th you will receive a $25.00 extra charge.
o All fees charged will be a monthly contract except for “Drop-Ins.” Drop-Ins will be charged the daily rate. All contracts will be a commitment for the entire summer. If you drop out early or enrollment is terminated, payment is still expected.
o We accept payments in the form of cash, check, and money order.
o NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ABSENCES OR VACATIONS. See attached fee schedule. Your account must be kept current.
o Field Trips: There will be a minimal charge for all field trips.

“Refocus Forms” will be issued for repeated behavior problems. THREE issues in the Summer Program will result in termination of your child’s enrollment for the remainder of the summer.
o Our Policy for the Summer Program is as follows:
▪ All Canyonside Christian School rules will be in effect for the Summer Program
● Follow directions.
● Listen the first time.
● Treat the teachers and other children with respect.
● Appropriate language is to be used at all times.

oYou will be notified in advance of the date, departure time, and approximate return time. There will be a minimal charge for all field trips/outings.
o If we are on a field trip/outing and your child should become sick or you have been contacted to pick up your child due to a disciplinary problem, you will be responsible for picking your child up at that location.

If my child’s enrollment is terminated due to behavior issues or if we choose to drop out of the program early, my payment will be made for the remainder of the summer until the program ends August 14, 2026. This allows us to plan our staffing accordingly.

In the event my child needs to be removed from the school for all or part of the day, I will promptly remove him/her. If the school is on a field trip/outing, I will pick up my child at that location.
