Our Spring MAP© testing will begin today, Monday, April 29th, and end Friday, May 10th. Teacher Appreciation Week
Teacher Appreciation week will be May 6th – 10th at CCS. We feel extremely blessed to have such an amazing group of teachers, staff, and volunteers that work with and take care of your children each day they are at school! Attached to this newsletter is a list of amazing things that you can choose to participate in during this special week! PTF would also like to have a special lunch for all the teachers on Thursday, May 9th. PTF needs volunteers to watch classes, so teachers and staff can eat lunch together on this day. If you are willing to help, please let Jaime Staples or the office staff know you are available on this day.
We will once again be offering an “All School Yearbook” to CCS families. The first 50 families who sign up and pay for their yearbook will be guaranteed one for pick up the week of May 13th! The cost for each yearbook is $30.00.
End of the Year BBQ
CCS will be celebrating the end of the school year with an ALL SCHOOL BBQ, on Thursday, May 16th, at CCS! There is a sign – up sheet located on the “Get the Scoop” bulletin board in the main hallways for needed items.
Summer Brander Photography
If you have not had a chance to place your spring picture order with Summer Brander, you still have time! 😊 Summer is extending all CCS photo orders to Friday, May 3rd! If you have already placed your order with Summer, pictures will be delivered to the school the week of May 6th.
Fundraising and PTF Coordinator Positions Needed
CCS is in need of a new Fundraising Coordinator and PTF director for the 2019-2020 school year. If this is an interest you may have, please stop by or call the school office and talk with Kathy and/or Kim about the position you are interested in.
